Over the years they've done the following for me when things wear out (new 300,000 BTU pool heater, new Pentair 2HP pool pump, new Pulsar Infinity chemical system, new pool lights, fix pool leak (yes, they do that, too!), fix Jandy pool control panel, upgrade PVC-pipe water valves, etc.). Ray & Joel at the front desk are just fantastic--just pop in anytime and your questions are all answered! They stay on top of the latest pool technology. For example, after discussing with Ray, I upgraded my chlorine tab dispenser tower to the new Pulsar Infinity tabs. No more over-stabilized pool, requiring expensive pool water drain & replace. Water stays amazingly crystal-clear, pool *OVERALL MUCH EASIER* to maintain!!! THANKS, GUYS...COULDN'T DO WITHOUT YOU!!!”

“Can’t recommend them enough. From Rob to Peter to Jay, the Supervisory Engineer, they were excellent. The crews worked their rear-ends off, many of the guys were here early. We had a complete renovation: excavation down to rebar and dirt. They poured a new decking, extending it; rebuilt a planter which had separated from the house; moved the old stairs to a better location (leading to yard); redid both sets of stairs at Master and kitchen entrance. Their Masonry crew was exceptionally talented. Nothing those two, Rafael and Fernando couldn’t do. Jay was here constantly, checking on progress, bringing materials, and planning with the crews. They run like a well-oiled machine. We basically got a brand new pool. Started mid-January and finishing April 13...exactly three months, for an on-time delivery. We appreciate this company. They were amazing!!!! They will do our monthly pool service now, too,”

Our pool had a leak for several years and it was time to get it fixed. HINES Pool & Spa came to my rescue and fully reconstructed the pool after locating the crack, cleaning it out & repairing it.
